SOUND FAMILIAR?

Counting isn’t the hard part. Finding the right information is.

StockDaba keeps incoming stock, outgoing stock and alerts together.

A delivery written down somewhere.

A notebook in the workshop, a message on your phone and a quantity that has already changed.

A product you should have used sooner.

You check the dates at the last minute. With perishable stock, you need to keep each batch in view.

An order placed twice.

You buy something you already had. And find out too late what was actually missing.

HOW IT WORKS

You know your business. That’s where the software starts.

1

Set up your business.

Choose your activity, what you want to track and the details you need: photos, references, suppliers, prices or dates.

2

Record each movement.

For each delivery or withdrawal: a product and a quantity. The date and history are kept. Other details stay optional.

3

See what needs attention.

Check reached minimums, batches to review and your monthly balance: opening stock, incoming, outgoing and remaining quantities.

Different businesses need different fields.

A bakery might track ingredients in kilos and their expiry dates. A furniture shop might need models, colours and dimensions. You choose, and you can adjust later.

  • Photos and references
  • Expiry dates
  • Purchase and selling prices
  • Colours and dimensions

Models, photos, colours and dimensions. Follow each reference and the quantities received or sold.

Shops, workshops and stockrooms

Supplies, raw materials or goods. Keep your units and the information that matters to your business.

THE MONTH ENDS. YOU KEEP THE FULL PICTURE.

What came in. What went out. What’s left.

A balance for each product, with losses and corrections shown separately. Units stay separate: kilos are never added to pieces.

FAQ

Questions before you change the way you work.

Does StockDaba work for products without expiry dates?

Yes. Expiry dates are optional. For furniture or supplies, you can keep quantities, references, photos and other useful details.

Will sales from my till be deducted automatically?

Not currently. You can enter your till or POS software during setup. Compatibility must be assessed before a connection is built. Until then, outgoing stock is entered in StockDaba.

Can my team use different phones?

Owner and staff access with shared inventory are planned. The shared service still needs to be activated. In the demo, data stays separately on each device.

Are purchase prices required?

No. You choose the fields your business needs. Unit prices are optional and do not replace accounting or historical batch valuation.

How do I receive alerts through Telegram?

Linking is prepared in settings: open the bot, return to check the account and confirm the recipient. The bot and shared service must first be configured. The demo sends no real messages.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. The interactive example on this page is open. The demo button also opens a local setup flow in French, without payment or a real account.
